TRAPDOOR BAYONET SCABBARD MASS.  Bayonet scabbard for the 45/70 trapdoor bayonet.  This one will fit all the standard bayonets for this weapon and is from the Massachusetts state troops as indicated on the swivel button. Excellent condition on the leather with a faint stamp from the Waterbury Arsenal.  Scabbard retains most of the bluing but a few spots of rust as seen.  Nothing terrible.
