Officer Visor Eagle R above head for possible Reserve. Interesting officers visor cap eagle with a false bullion type letter “R” attached to the top. Meyer marked on the tail feathers.  It has a second shield with a early 9M maker code.

Officer Visor Eagle R above head for possible Reserve. Interesting officers visor cap eagle with a false bullion type letter “R” attached to the top. Meyer marked on the tail feathers.  It has a second shield with a early 9M maker code.  This would place it about the Korean War.

I am not sure if this is a RESERVE type insignia or for a Military School. Excellent condition and in a WWII pattern of construction with the great detail and weight.
