SCARCE set of 812th Officer collar insignia to a African American colored Pioneer construction unit of WWI. This unit was stateside and did not deploy to France. Matched set with no maker marks. One of the harder units to find. Collar insignia from these units are scarce as hen’s teeth

Also could be repaired but most collectors just display.
