Mallet 128th Field Art Unit Presentation WWI. Nice painted head (WWI olive color for vehicles usually) and then has been varnished over. This wooden hammer is from the 128th FA of the 35th division. Insignia are on both sides and unknown to why it was made.

Most likely a gift to an officer from the men. A one-of-a-kind item for sure, and pristine condition.
