Lusitania memory medal WWI. The British knock off of the German one manufactured to celebrate the great victory.  Also in Europe it was MURDER of the sinking of the Lusitania with 1198 passengers aboard.  Also these were sold to raise money for the widows and children.  Excellent conditon and a nice early detailed strike in steel.  Couple of spots but no pitting.

95% of the original finish remains.  Included is the original paper describing the event. It is in pieces from the folds as seen.  The box has come apart on the hinge but is complete with the top cover depicting the Ship sailing off.  Also a great reminder of the cost of WWI to even the Civilian Lives.
