Indiv first aid Navy and USMC. Condition is very nice with most of the original brown paint remaining. Also very desirable due to they were issued to the Marines. Dated June of 1918. A great WWI item that would help you finish off a gear collection or set for the USMC.

World War 1 items used by the Marines are a tough find. They were even used up into WWII as I have found them in pouches issued to the soldiers. Pull tab is present and fully sealed.
