HALYARD GY42 GUY ROPE FOR ANTENNAS ON REEL. This unissued guy rope is on a reel board that is German made. The rope and the reel look US made. Probably from the Vietnam era or Korean war era. Excellent condition and VERY long. Used to stabilize the larger tall antennas in the field.
A very nice accessory for any radio collection. Quite useful too since the jungles were a tough area for long antennas. guy ropes and halyards like the gy42 are wonderful for this.
