GROUP AIR GUN 760TH BS 15TH AC SERGEANT SMITH. Grouping to WWII Gunner Sergeant Daniel O. Smith of the 760th Bomb squadron, 460th Bomb Group of the 15th Air Corps. Jacket patch is the famous panther. Comes with lots of paperwork and patches.

Also including 2 other Italian made jacket insignia removed from his bomber jacket at some time. Photos of this spectacular grouping are mostly reprints of what was found online. one of them him named in the photos of the crew. Tons of named paperwork.

Even a SECRET marked Battle Order from Aug 1944 with full mission details (supposed to be destroyed). also the Bullion and leather unit patches. including his jacket patch. Photos of raids and copies of him in the unit and other members. His gunner and mechanic diplomas are original.

Groupings of Air gunners are nice, but this is from the famous 760th bomb BS and a well-known group.
