GRENADE VEST 1918 HH. This MINT unissued chest vest was made to carry 11 grenades of various types including the French type of VB and the US MKI pineapple type. Initially made for trench raiding parties and forward attacks. These were to be impractical for this because most of the time you were on your belly.

Very few seen any service, but many various manufactures do exist. They also manufactured these in 1942 for WWII.
