DRESSING BURN PACKET ATTACHED. First aid dressing Korean war by Burson Knitting Co for pouch with burn mix. This is a excellent original set with the sodium packet wrapped around the box. It has been in a first aid pouch evident from the snap mark on the front.

This is how a lot of the soldiers carried them and it has not been messed with since the war. Early stock number. Soldiers likes to keep the burn packet with it as it was not issued this way. Nice to have in your collection as they were actually carried this way.
