We offer a 5-day return policy – for any reason except size, with a lifetime guarantee on product authenticity. If you need more time, please let me know. If upon receipt of your order, you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever, you may return it for a full refund less postage and any fees for restocking. Please alert me upon receipt of an item if there are any concerns.
For dealer-to-dealer transactions, since purchases made from me are for purposes of resale unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
Shipping Policy
We at Doughboy Military Collectables pay close attention to all orders and we make sure to take the time to choose the appropriate sizing and packaging of the box we ship and make sure your purchase arrives safely. We have chosen The United States Postal Service USPS as our default shipper. You will notice that we offer matching Flat rate shipping based on each product. Shipping charges are calculated by a specialized algorithm that chooses the appropriate “Flat Rate” price for the entire purchase, this will be shown clearly on the checkout page. We choose the appropriate
type of shipping based on the produced purchase, meaning you may receive USPS Priority or Standard depending on the weight and size of the purchase, all customers will also receive a Tracking number soon after the order has shipped via email and is located in your My – Account section of the website.
