PATCH 11th AIR ASSAULT

PATCH 11th AIR ASSAULT CUT EDGE VN. Coming from a original grouping brought into me from the family of the late Major D. Sinor.  Look him up on google. 3 tours in Vietnam, 50 Air medals, 4 Flying crosses, ETC.

This large grouping was sorted then sold in a larger set of his career.  What I have left are few AMAZING extra patches.  He was the commander of the 147th in 1972.  He was also a pilot for them earlier in about 1966. Major Sinor was part of the “Hill climbers” and his call sign was “Hill climber 6” as his obituary notes.

His son stayed in my store for hours telling me all about his time in service. What a great day. Amazing conditon and unissued.  These were from his time in the 228th assault helicopter Bn. This would have been in 1967 to 68.  Cut edge and guaranteed!!
