Helmet chin strap British WWII. Condition is MINT unissued with all the parts. Well stamped and dated 1945. This model is the MKIV that was only used on the Tankers version of the combat helmet. Trying to find one of these on the loose is quite difficult.  The elastic is in fantastic condition with no rotting or damage.
