First Aid Pouch 1953 Dated in the m43 Pattern. Very nice condition pouch that was made for the first aid individual packages. Also was made to carry the lensatic compasses in for the squad leaders and officers. Very nice condition. Korean war dated pouches and gear is much harder to find than WWII gear.  Smaller contracts, and a bulk of leftover WWII supplies is the reason why.
