This was done by the Upset Germans 15 minutes from the 11 O’clock Cease Fire. He could have been injured even 1 minute before, but the Record shows it started at 10:45.
Name and number have been lightly defaced for some reason unknown. Sgt. Fred Tucker was in the 356th Infantry Co. B. Also has his 3 battle victory ribbon. Number on heart is 39656. no top bar. A great 89th Division Medal.
